The Marin Carbon Project pilot on 1/10th of Stemple Creek Ranch began five years ago and has already removed as much CO2(e) from the atmosphere as not burning 1 million gallons of gas. Scientists estimate the environmental benefit of this carbon ranching will continue for decades and could be expanded to another 2 million plots in the US.

What is a "Renewable Food System"

The world is transitioning towards renewable energy. In agriculture, scientists, farmers and ranchers currently have the necessary technical understanding to feed the entire world employing practices that actively reverse climate change. But the food system must come together from top to bottom to transition millions of acres with billions of dollars and trillions of tons of compostables.
